How we work
We work in small teams with full responsibility. Development, architecture, interior design, construction management and project management sit at one table: whoever plans knows the site, and whoever builds knows the plan. Our hierarchies are flat: everyone belongs to a discipline and works in project teams across all disciplines; decisions are made where the knowledge is. Whoever carries responsibility thinks and decides like an entrepreneur – and shares in our success.
We do ourselves whatever determines quality, cost and value. What others can do better or at greater scale – such as on-site supervision or parts of the specialist and detailed design – we contract out, to local firms wherever possible. Where it pays off, we bring work in-house: today we plan and take responsibility for the interior fit-out ourselves, and we buy materials directly from manufacturers wherever that improves quality or price.
Our own software and AI, together with the crowdhouse platform, connect the whole chain, from the first analysis to handover. Our software and AI increasingly takes over routine work. But people always ake the decisions. Recurring standards in finishes and technology make us efficient, without any two projects looking alike.
Team
ELEVATE is a compact team of architects, interior designers, planners, site managers and administrators. We are deliberately small and flat in structure and get a lot done: direct communication and clear responsibility shape the way we work – with each other and with our partners.

From the founders of crowdhouse
Ardian Gjeloshi and Robert Plantak founded crowdhouse in 2015. Through the platform, investors take stakes in individual Swiss apartment buildings. With ELEVATE, they now build homes themselves – above all rental homes for middle-income households. The roles are clearly separated: crowdhouse (Schweiz) AG is the asset manager. It selects the properties, structures them and acts as the owner's representative on new builds. ELEVATE develops, plans and builds – as turnkey contractor under works contracts.
