Homes are in short supply. We build them.
For years, Switzerland has built fewer homes than it needs. On 1 June 2026 only 0.93% of homes stood empty, and households on low and middle incomes are hit hardest.¹ That is why we mainly build rental homes for middle-income households – well planned, well made and built to last for decades. From Pfäffikon SZ, we deliver projects in multiple cantons.

What we do
One group, three companies
Development
We develop homes and deliver them as turnkey contractor: from feasibility to turnkey handover, with clear works contracts.
