Three apartment buildings in the Freiamt region, comprehensively refurbished: 16 rental homes with improved layouts and upgraded top floors.
The project, Birri-Aristau, Refurbishment
In Birri, part of the municipality of Aristau in the Freiamt region, we refurbished a small estate of three apartment buildings with a total of 16 rental homes. The floor plans were improved, kitchens and bathrooms renewed and the top floors upgraded with new roof windows.
Windows and front doors were restored and the façades cleaned. The estate keeps its character, while the homes now meet today's expectations. Handover took place on time for first letting in April 2025 – delivered as turnkey contractor in partnership with crowdhouse.
