The project, Hombrechtikon, Core refurbishment
In Hombrechtikon, between Lake Zurich and Lake Lützel, we are renewing a development of three apartment buildings with 24 rental homes. The refurbishment covers the entire envelope and the interiors: façade insulation, new windows and flat roofs, ventilation, plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms and floors.
In the bathrooms, walk-in showers with glass screens replace the old bathtubs. Additional ceiling insulation improves the energy balance, and the grounds are being refreshed. The project is under construction, with ELEVATE acting as turnkey contractor in partnership with crowdhouse.
