Six apartments in Kloten, precisely renovated without altering a single floor plan: oak, natural materials and a dedicated solar installation.
The project, Kloten, Renovation
The apartment building at Haldenstrasse 11 in Kloten shows how much a precise renovation can achieve – without changing a single floor plan. In all six apartments we renewed kitchens, bathrooms, floors and doors and brought them up to a high standard of finish.
New kitchens with Miele appliances, bathrooms with large-format tiles and Dornbracht fittings, oak parquet in every room and flush oak doors with concealed hinges define the apartments. Built-in wardrobes in all bedrooms and radiator covers made of oak slats complete the picture.
The exterior was refreshed too: new surfaces on the balconies and forecourt, a cleaned façade and a new solar installation on the roof. The work was completed in spring 2024.
