The project, St. Gallen, Core refurbishment
At Buchwaldstrasse 4 in St. Gallen we comprehensively renewed an apartment building. The floor plans were improved, and the kitchens, bathrooms and entire interior fit-out are new. Outside, the building received a fresh coat of paint in its existing colour scheme.
The result is eleven contemporary rental apartments with 2½ and 3½ rooms. The project was completed on time for first letting in spring 2025 – delivered as turnkey contractor in partnership with crowdhouse.
