A new residential quarter in the Wynental valley, Aargau: ten apartment buildings with 99 planned rental homes, a ground-source heat pump and solar power. ELEVATE's largest project to date.
The project, Menziken, New build
A new residential quarter is taking shape on the quiet southern edge of Menziken: the Hofackerpark development comprises ten apartment buildings with 99 planned rental homes of 2½ to 4½ rooms. It is ELEVATE's largest project to date.
The apartments feature oak parquet, large-format ceramic tiles in the bathrooms, modern kitchens and their own washer-dryer. Every building has a lift, and the homes can be adapted to be fully step-free. Parking is provided in an underground garage beneath the site.
The energy concept relies on a ground-source heat pump, solar panels on the green flat roofs, external insulation and triple glazing – for low running costs and lasting value. ELEVATE is planning and delivering the development as turnkey contractor in partnership with crowdhouse.
