With the building permit now final, ETZL has reached an important milestone. On Etzelstrasse in Pfäffikon SZ, nine spacious residences and penthouses are taking shape, with views over the rooftops of Pfäffikon to Lake Zurich.
The rebuild retains the position and outline of the existing building and adds a set-back attic storey, generously cantilevered terraces and three basement levels. Light Brač limestone, light teak and bronze-toned metal define the façade and interiors.
