The project, Pfäffikon SZ, Replacement build

On Etzelstrasse in Pfäffikon SZ, a house is taking shape for people who seek space, light and privacy. The rebuild retains the position and outline of the existing building and adds a set-back attic storey, generously cantilevered terraces and three basement levels. Twelve former flats become nine spacious residences and penthouses.

Three materials define the house: light Brač limestone, light teak with a matt-oiled yacht-deck finish, and bronze-toned metal. Honed bands of stone emphasise the horizontal, timber slats line the terrace ceilings and the balustrades are made entirely of glass.

Inside, the living spaces open across their full width onto the terraces, with views over the rooftops of Pfäffikon to Lake Zurich. Buyers choose their kitchen, floors and bathrooms to suit their own taste – and we guide the selection of finishes personally.

The building technology is thoroughly up to date: a ground-source heat pump with geo-cooling, solar panels on the green roof, controlled ventilation and triple glazing. Parking is entirely underground, so the garden remains a green, private retreat. The building permit has been final since August 2026.
