Following its core refurbishment, the residential building at Chamerstrasse 38 in Zug is complete. Residents have been moving in since June 2025.

Kitchen with white fronts, oak counter and dark fittings

The residential building at Chamerstrasse 38 in central Zug is complete. Following its core refurbishment, it offers contemporary rental apartments – from compact 2½-room homes to top-floor and attic apartments.

Travertine and oak define the fit-out, while large expanses of glass bring in plenty of daylight. The top-floor apartments feature KNX home automation, and a solar installation on the roof generates electricity for the building.

We delivered the project as turnkey contractor in partnership with crowdhouse. Find out more on the project page.
