In September 2026, the building permit was granted for our apartment building at Lengwilerstrasse 4a in Kreuzlingen. Developed by ELEVATE Properties AG, the project comprises 3½- and 4½-room apartments, an attic apartment and an underground garage.
Oak parquet, natural stone and timber-and-metal windows with triple glazing define the finish, and heating is provided by an air-source heat pump.
