Kreuzlingen: building permit granted for Lengwilerstrasse
The building permit for our new-build project at Lengwilerstrasse 4a in Kreuzlingen has been granted.

On Lengwilerstrasse in Kreuzlingen, ELEVATE Properties AG is building, in collaboration with crowdhouse co-invest, an apartment building with 3½- and 4½-room homes, an attic apartment and underground parking. The building permit was granted in September 2026.
The architecture follows the modernist tradition: clear volumes, large timber-and-metal windows with triple glazing and balconies with glass balustrades. Inside, oak parquet, natural stone and high-quality kitchens and bathrooms set the tone.
